Norway on horseback

Norway on horseback

You know I love riding more than anything. Well, I’m just back from a week on the horseback in the mountains of Norway. Often, this means riding from cabin to cabin, but here we rode from mountain resort to mountain resort – got a bit spoiled here.

Here’s a little look at Norway seen from the horseback. This part of the country is called Hemsedal, by the way. Hope you enjoy this little video I put together:

Do you like riding?

I enjoy horseback riding quite a lot, but I haven’t done it enough to really feel comfortable. I went riding in Montana in June and it was so much fun. Would love to get back on a horse soon. What a beautiful ride you had in Norway! Loved your video – it made me feel like I was riding along and the music you chose was perfect.

You did an excellent job on the video – I’m actually a bit afraid of horseback riding and your video made me appreciate just how much fun it can be! And what a beautiful area to go riding through!

Catarina says they had 4 groups: from absolute begniners to fast gallops, so should be something for everyone.

I am ashamed to admit that at the grand old age of 39, I have never actually tried horseback riding

Wonderful country, but then I’m biased, of course. Do you ride?
